BD Bet Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active account at bd bet. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, device ID, IP address or payment method — is a violation of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering at bd bet, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, phone number and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. BD Bet is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bd bet account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. • You must use a valid Bangladeshi mobile number during registration.
• BD Bet may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee or closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at bd bet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). BD Bet supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. These are the only accepted payment methods. Transactions via third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your own name are not permitted.

The minimum deposit at bd bet is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. BD Bet does not charge any fees on standard deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

The minimum withdrawal at bd bet is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during standard business hours. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

BD Bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made. By claiming any bonus at bd bet, you agree to the specific terms attached to that promotion.

Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, if a bonus carries a 20x wagering requirement, you must wager the bonus amount 20 times before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. BD Bet will clearly state the wagering requirement for each promotion.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• BD Bet reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means will be voided and the account may be suspended.
• BD Bet may set maximum bet limits that apply when playing with active bonus funds.
• Bonus expiry dates apply — unused bonuses will be removed from your account after the stated period.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available at bd bet use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and verified. The published RTP (Return to Player) figures for each game are accurate and audited. BD Bet does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at bd bet and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all funds:

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

BD Bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

If your bd bet account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to access your funds during the suspension period. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, your account will be reinstated and your balance restored. If a violation is confirmed, bd bet may forfeit some or all of the account balance depending on the nature of the breach.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their bd bet account may do so by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all wagering requirements have been met and no outstanding issues exist on the account.
